Ingredients:
1 lb of Bass fillet
1 Cup of Flour
2 Small Eggs
4 Tablespoons Water
2 Cups Panko Bread Crumbs
Salt and Pepper
Vegetable Oil for frying
½ Head of Shredded Cabbage
1 Bunch of Chopped Cilantro
2 Limes wedged
Package of Corn Tortillas
Directions:
Cut Bass fillet into 1 ounce slices. Place flour on a plate, lightly beat the eggs and water in a bowl, and place panko bread crumbs on a separate plate. These will be used for your breading station. Place fish in flour, coating the fish completely. Dip in egg mixture and coat with the bread crumbs. Bread all fish and heat oil to 375⁰. Deep fry fish in the heated oil, drain on paper towel and salt.
Heat corn tortillas. Place fish into the tortilla and top with shredded cabbage, cilantro, and favorite hot sauce. Squeeze lime on top for more flavor.
